By using RedoInk, you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully. You must hold the rights to any image or text you upload, and tattoos are permanent — review designs with a professional artist before inking.

Saved designs

Starting October 10, 2026 at 00:00 UTC, free generated results are scheduled for removal after 30 days. Results created before that date will not be removed under this new rule before November 9, 2026 at 00:00 UTC.

Paid results continue under the storage terms already promised with the purchase. Download results you want to keep; saved history is not a permanent backup. The retention period applies to generated files, not unused credits or our own examples. See the Privacy Policy for uploaded photos and deletion.

Credits and credit packs

Paid features may consume credits according to the published pricing. One generation spends the credits shown before you confirm. Credits are only consumed for generations that complete successfully; a browser timeout only means the page stopped waiting — the task may still finish in the background and appear in your history. One-time credit packs never expire and stay on your account until you use them. Subscription credits are issued at the start of each billing cycle — monthly plans each month, the yearly plan at the start of its yearly term — and are available during that cycle. New accounts receive free credits, shown on the pricing page.

If the provider returns a failed result, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. If a generation seems stuck or never arrives, contact us — you do not pay for work that is not delivered.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Pro is available as a monthly or a yearly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed recurring price until you cancel, and your plan's credits are issued at the start of each billing cycle for the cycle that begins. Credits from one-time packs are never removed — cancelling does not touch them.

You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] from your account email. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and cancelling never removes credits already on your account. There are no cancellation fees.

Refunds

Unused credit-pack purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase. If a payment was duplicated, credits did not arrive, credits were deducted in error, or a subscription did not activate, contact us and we will review it and make it right. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days. Where mandatory consumer law grants you additional rights, those rights are unaffected.

Prices and changes

Your first purchase always shows the current price at checkout before any charge, and subscriptions renew at the recurring price shown on the pricing page. If we change prices, we will update the pricing page and these terms before the change applies to a renewal. Service terms can be updated when product behavior changes; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
